Build & migration
The Creator Agent rebuilds every agreed core process in MarkX™. In parallel, the proven Migration Agent automatically takes over master and transactional data from your legacy system – verified data quality instead of manual transfer. Required interfaces to remaining third-party systems are connected.
Parallel run & sign-off
Old and new system run in parallel for a defined period. You review every migrated process at your own pace before anything is switched over for good – no sledgehammer AI rollout.
Go-live & legacy exit
Once you sign off, we cut over, train your users, and shut down the legacy system in a controlled way – including proof of complete data export.

Price & process: MarkX™ Takeover starts from €25,000 net – the final price depends on the number of processes, data volume and interface complexity, and is quoted as a fixed price with clear payment milestones after a free scoping call. Any starter offer you've already commissioned (e.g. the Digitalization Check) is credited at 50%, as usual, if Takeover is commissioned within three months.
